What is it we do here at nHI?
NHI is a Venture Capital company that specializes in taking companies from the private sector to the public markets. We work with already established private companies and start-ups. As well, we assist publicly listed companies in raising additional private capital, without any dilution to their stock.
In addition to working with companies in raising capital, we pride ourselves in our abilities to offer retail and institutional investors the opportunities to invest in private placements, pre-Ipo’s, IPO’s and other investments in the public and private sector.
