At NHI, we pride ourselves on the fact that we provide opportunity to both retail and institutional investors. Typically, only the large institutional investors have the opportunity to invest in IPO’s, Pre-IPO’s and private placements. These investment vehicles often reap the most reward for an investor.
We all know that there are inherent risks in Pre-Public offerings, but the investment strategies that we use reduce these risks and still maintain the highest of rewards.
Not all Pre-Public offerings result in success. This is a fact. However, there are two main factors that NHI uses in dealing with these type of investment opportunities:
1) For retail and institutional investors alike, spread your risk! Diversify! We suggest that any investor places a similar amount of capital at risk on each opportunity that arises.
2) We only recommend opportunities to our investors in which we are willing to share the risk. We are very picky as to who we work with. In most cases we get paid in stock. In other words, if the company does not succeed or go to market, we don’t get paid. We only recommend investments to our clients that we are willing to invest in ourselves.
