A LITTLE OF OUR HISTORY

NHI was birthed in 2012 when Co-Founders, Michael Cannon, Michael Sharp, and Joseph Leone had the opportunity to have a meeting with Georg Thyssen, a Venture Capital expert. At the initial meeting many things were discussed.

Mr. Thyssen brought his vast experience in venture capital to the table. The founders of NHI had a bigger picture in mind. The brainchild of Michael Cannon was to develop a Cryptocurrency Exchange to revolutionize the crypto sector. At the advice of Georg Thyssen, we were advised to develop a Venture Capital company and establish some experience prior to embarking on our primary concept.

This initial meeting was the spark that started NHI. Cannon, Sharp, and Leone spent a few years developing contacts and establishing networks to build a Venture Capital machine. In 2017, the founders of NHI had the opportunity to again sit down with Thyssen and finalize the structure of the soon to be incorporated Venture Capital company of NHI.

Although the impetus of creating NHI was to create a Cryptocurrency Exchange to revolutionize the crypto world, it was Georg Thyssen that convinced us to start with generating venture capital to finance companies in more established industries.

In 2019, NHI was formed with the anticipation of quickly growing as an established venture capital firm, to have the footing to launch a crypto exchange no later than 2024. At inception, Michael Cannon, Michael Sharp, and Joseph Leone started operations with financing from the addition of several Angel Investors.

Conceptualized seven years earlier, it was the initial capital raised that provided the bricks and mortar needed to begin what was to become the firm that NHI is today: a Venture Capital firm that is ready to launch the main project the company had in mind from conceptualization through inception.

NHI is now, in 2023, ready to launch its Cryptocurrency Exchange, as envisioned by the founders with the assistance of Georg Thyssen and several angel investors: NHI-Coin Street.

Unfortunately, Mr. Georg Thyssen passed away in September of 2022.
The entire team at NHI dedicates the forthcoming success of Coin Street to the loving memory of Mr. Thyssen.
It was the initial meetings with Georg that helped to bring our vision to life, and we are forever grateful.
May he rest in peace.
